Q: What makes your machines stand apart from other ball lottery machines available?

A: One Word, Reliability. There is nothing worse then carrying out a Live Draw and your machine malfunctions. This not only stops you from completing your draw but will also make your company look bad. Our Machines are designed and built to last. You can carry out multiple draws a day multiple times a week safe in the knowledge your machine will keep up and not let you down.

Q: How do I know each draw is being conducted at random?

A: Our machines have been tested by the lottery authorities to ensure they are fully compliant and all draws are conducted at random. The same cannot be said about Random Number Generators that can be found online which can often be manipulated  either through the code itself or editing of the video of the "live" stream.

Q: Is there an option to have my machine serviced?

A: We do offer service contracts to all our customers. As part of this service contract, we will come to you once or twice a year and carry out a full service of the machine. Any parts that may need to be replaced are replaced on site. 

​

Q: Can the machine be easily transported?

A: The machine itself can be transported from place to place as the machines comes mounted on a base with castors. This allows easy loading into a van or simply moving the machine form one room to another. We do also sell protection blankets that can be used to keep your machine safe from any knocks during transportation. 

​

Q: Is there Customer Support Available?

A: We offer UK Based Customer Support Monday - Friday 9 am to 5 pm.

Q: Does the machine come with a warranty?

A: All our machines come with a 12 Month Warranty as standard.
